In this two hour workshop you will learn breathing techniques to wake up and turn on your "core." You will learn how to integrate your breathing into your movement practice with more ease and awareness. The class will begin with a short mediation and discussion on the breathing system and what we refer to as the core. We will then move into a movement class and specific exercises for you to practice daily. We will end with a short relaxation. Workshop is limited to 20 people. *Appropriate for all levels and skill sets
