Foundations: Breath, Feet & Core 2-Week Series

This series delves into the essential building blocks of movement and stability.

Through guided practices, we’ll explore the power of breath, the strength and grounding of the feet, and the stability of the core.

Whether you’re new to movement or seeking to refine your practice, this class offers a deeper connection to your body’s foundation, providing tools to support balance, strength, and alignment in everyday life.

There is a farmers market across the street from our studio on Sundays so give yourself 5 to 10 minutes extra time to find parking and get settled. 

Studio Etiquette / Policies

Required for class: yoga mat

Mat rental is $2 limited mats available 

Suggested: water bottle 

Studio etiquette:

*Shoes off at the entryway

*Registration is required before class

*Door is locked 5 min after class start time. Please arrive on time.

*The studio Liability Waiver must be filled out before classes/workshops/retreats.
