JANUARY EXTENDED PRACTICE: January 11, 2020, 10:45am-12:15pm, at The Working Body, Oakland
This month, we bring in the new year with reflection and intention. Each month we will explore a topic related to our movement practice. Each class will have a short discussion and writing exercise followed by Pilates-based movement practice. Please bring a journal and pen to class. Journals will be available for purchase. I can't wait to guide you to a more efficient and stronger mover.
FEBRUARY EXTENDED PRACTICE: January 11, 2020, 10:45am-12:15pm, at The Working Body, Oakland
This month, we will practice with gratitude for our bodies. We must first accept where we are in order to challenge and move forward. Accepting and living in the body we have to move to the next level with care and kindness.
