Session 2 – Mobility Meets Strength
Introduce a resistance band to deepen your practice. Explore how assistance and resistance work together to improve mobility and build full-body awareness.

Session 3 – Strength in Motion
Challenge yourself with creative floor transitions, arm strengthening, and dynamic planks—all designed to cultivate functional power and flow.

Session 4 – Building Functional Strength
Integrate mobility and control into classic strength movements like squats, hinges, and push-ups. Learn how to load your body effectively and safely.

Session 5 – Integration + Refinement
Bring it all together. Move through a complete, full-body sequence that blends everything you’ve learned—strength, mobility, endurance, and mindfulness.
