Series Overview

Session 1 – Breath + Feet Connection
Begin with a guided neuro warm-up to awaken your brain-body connection. Explore exercises that release and strengthen the feet, improve breathing mechanics, and build awareness through core muscle mapping. You’ll finish feeling grounded, connected, and energized.

Session 2 – Core Stability + Integration
Deepen your connection to the breath and core. Learn to activate your transverse abdominals, release and engage the psoas, and integrate breath, feet, and core into a cohesive foundation for powerful, easeful movement.
