This is a time to set new intentions for what we wish to create in our lives, to release what no longer serves us, and to invite in prosperity, peace, and love.

Here are a few ways to work with today’s energy:
• Journaling: Write out your new intentions and express gratitude for what you already have in your life.

• Sun Bathing: Spend a few minutes in the sun to soak up its energy.
• Breath Work: Practice deep breathing exercises to center yourself.
Give this 3-minute diaphragm breath work exercise a try before you go to sleep or start meditating. Stretching the diaphragm through breath opens your posture, and is excellent for the back of the rib cage, stretching through the back muscles.
Start by lying on your back, with optional boaters or pillows under your arms, or bend your elbows to ease tight shoulders. Draw the pelvis under and keep the back flat as you inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth for 10 counts.
The diaphragm is a powerful muscle located in the center of your body. It plays a crucial role in pumping fluid throughout your body. This exercise is great for relieving tightness in your back, and shoulders, and stretching your muscles. This exercise will help you establish a stronger connection between your body and mind.
