Pilates Progressive Flow with Katie

Weekly on Mondays: 5:30 - 6:30 pm PST

A 60 minute Pilates workout that progresses from beginning to intermediate to a little more challenging still! The class slowly builds so the beginning exercises help you accomplish the intermediate, so that you really begin to build on your Pilates practice. Props provided. Bring your own mat.

Sound Bath with Cary On Yoga
