Pilates Progressive Flow with Katie

Weekly on Mondays: 5:30 - 6:30 pm PST

A 60 minute Pilates workout that progresses from beginning to intermediate to a little more challenging still! The class slowly builds so the beginning exercises help you accomplish the intermediate, so that you really begin to build on your Pilates practice. Props provided. Bring your own mat.

Join us for an evening of healing sound and gentle movement. You will be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal bowls. Guided by Cary Berkely by sound and Lila Heller with movement you will relax deeply, and leave feeling rejuvenated.
