Online Classes 

For Mindful Strength - Online Friday Class

1. First, purchase a package or sign up for membership by clicking here.

2. Click the class link in your purchase confirmation email.

3. Check your spam folder for this email if it is not already in your inbox.

4. Register via Zoom for class. Then, you see a page that includes the class Zoom link. You will also receive a registration confirmation email containing the Zoom link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see this!

5. If the email is not in your spam, please email Lila at [email protected] and she will send you a direct link.

For Sarah Moody's Class

1. Use the link provided in your weekly member email to access the class. Pre-registration is not required.

If the links are not working for you:

1. Try using a different browser

2. Paste the class links directly into your browser. You will find these in your weekly movement reminder emails.

3. If that is not working, please email Lila at [email protected] with as much detail as possible regarding your sign-up issues. Screenshots are always appreciated. The more detail you share, the better we can troubleshoot your sign-up issue. 

 

In-person Classes 

Studio Location: 5305 Claremont Ave, Oakland, CA, Across from the DMV

Give yourself 5 to 10 minutes extra time to find parking and get settled. 

Please arrive on time; doors will close 5 minutes after class begins.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • A water bottle
  • Props are provided
