I have just returned from my annual retreat in Chacala, Mexico. Another one for the books.
We dove deep into reconnecting with ourselves — learning to trust and listen to our own voice. Through breathwork, journaling, fascia exploration, neuro drills, and strength work, we supported one another on an inward journey.
Because it is only through knowing ourselves that we can truly connect with others.
Together, we moved through the unfolding events in Mexico with as much calm and awareness as possible. We built resilience not by ignoring what was happening, but by staying present with it — together.
We began and ended our retreat with this poem by David Whyte.Â
