Summer is a wonderful time to get outside, travel, hike, garden, play, and enjoy longer days. It’s also a great time to invest in your strength.
When we think about strength, it’s easy to focus on muscles alone. But true strength is also balance, coordination, mobility, confidence, and the ability to move through life with greater ease. That’s the inspiration behind Summer Strong.
Together we’ll explore how the nervous system, breath, mobility, balance, and strength training work together to create a body that feels more capable, resilient, and supported.
Each Class Includes
Warm-Up
Neuro-Based Preparation
A nervous system warm-up that primes your body and mind for intentional, effective movement.
Practice
Functional Strength Circuits
Body weight, resistance bands, and weights. All exercises can be modified for a variety of levels and abilities.
Cool-Down
Grounded & Energized
A calming close that helps you integrate the work and leave feeling stronger, grounded, and clear.
The Three Weeks
Week One
July 18
Strong Foundations
Build strength from the ground up through your feet, breath, core, and nervous system. Learn simple assessments and exercises to improve stability, balance, and body awareness.
Week Two
July 25
Strong in Motion
Strength isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about walking, climbing stairs, carrying groceries, hiking, and getting up and down from the floor. We’ll focus on coordination, balance, rotational strength, and real-life movement patterns.
Week Three
August 1
Strong for Life
Bring it all together with exercises and strategies that support longevity, resilience, and confidence, so you can continue building strength long after the series ends.
